Are these plans direct with the developer?

Yes. Every plan is offered directly by Sadeghi Group, the architect-builder owner of Infiniti Blu. There are no banks, brokers, or third-party lenders involved.

Why is there a small adjustment on the 40/60 plan?

The 24-month schedule includes a modest 2% adjustment versus the list price to reflect the extended timeframe. The 50/50 plan is offered at list price with no adjustment.

When does title transfer occur?

Title registration typically completes within 30–60 days of the final contract. Your local attorney coordinates each milestone with the Title Registry.

Can I change plans after signing?

In most cases, yes. Buyers often pre-pay an outstanding balance to convert a 40/60 or 50/50 schedule into a Cash Purchase. Talk to your advisor for the specifics on your residence.

Are these prices in USD?

Yes. All published pricing is in United States Dollars (USD).
